Elevating FMA Services Construction's Online Presence
Background
FMA Services Construction, a collaboration between Fayolle, Magil Construction, and formerly Alta Construction, has been a prominent player in the Canadian construction industry since its establishment in 2015. With a rich history of providing manpower, tools, and essential resources for major projects, FMA Services Construction has continuously evolved in tandem with its affiliated companies. However, their online presence did not reflect the depth of their expertise, collaborative ethos, and commitment to excellence. Hence, they embarked on a journey to redesign their website landing page to better showcase their capabilities, values, and industry leadership.
Previous Design

Observations
Lack of Clarity:
The previous design lacked clarity in communicating FMA Services Construction's core offerings, values, and corporate structure, leading to confusion among users.
Poor Organization:
Information on the landing page was disorganized, making it difficult for users to find relevant content quickly. This resulted in frustration and increased bounce rates.
Cluttered Interface:
The design featured an overcrowded layout with too many elements competing for attention, overwhelming users and hindering their ability to focus on key messages.
Limited Engagement:
Users were not sufficiently engaged due to uninspiring visuals, lackluster content, and ineffective calls-to-action, resulting in low interaction rates and missed conversion opportunities.
Inconsistent Branding:
The design failed to effectively convey FMA Services Construction's brand identity, leading to a disconnect between the online presence and the company's reputation and values.
